SIGECO SAC participates in the inauguration of the IBS Program and stands out in international training

In the framework of strengthening the industry naval in the country, the company SIGECO SAC participated in the at the opening ceremony of the Inclusive Business Solution (IBS) Program, an initiative promoted by the Memorandum of Understanding signed between the Ministry of Production and Hyundai Heavy Industries.

The program aims to enhance capabilities techniques of Peruvian talent and contribute to the development of the naval industry through specialized training and knowledge transfer.

During the event, it was announced the selection of two SIGECO SAC collaborators to join the first international training group that will take place held in South Korea. These are Fran Vásquez Paz, in the welding specialty, and Jhonatan Salazar Paz, in the piping area, who will access high-level technical training in facilities specialized.

The participation of both professionals not only represents an individual achievement, but also a recognition of the company's commitment to the continuous training and development of its human team. This experience will allow incorporate new knowledge and standards that will positively impact the quality of the services provided by the organization.

Likewise, the company was represented by José Velaochaga, Coordinator of the Integrated Management System (SIG), who accompanied the He addressed the collaborators during the ceremony and reaffirmed SIGECO's focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
